We’re still recovering from last week’s Script-Com Screenwriters Conference, which spanned online and in-person events from Monday through Sunday.

Online, over a dozen professional writers and producers gave us practical advice about screenwriting, story, and the industry. These online webinars covered writing for television, action movies, thrillers, faith and family films, Christmas movies, and horror. We also had a logline workshop where our hosts analyzed nearly 40 loglines submitted by attendees!

In the “real world” on Saturday at Nashville Film Institute, the program included party games, writing workshops, our member recognition and awards dinner, a table read and then “R.I.F.F.”, a festival of trailers and films created by members of the Tennessee Screenwriting Association.

On Sunday, the conference moved to the NECAT studio in West Nashville, for a series of interviews featuring, among others, the visionaries who formed what would become the Tennessee Screenwriting Association way back in 1987!

More photos and videos from Script-Com will be posted on the TSA website over the coming days.

A special 'thank you' goes out to all the volunteers, panelists, moderators, and sponsors who - again - helped make Script-Com the biggest, baddest screenwriting conference in the South!

Now... get back to writing!
