About

G. Robert Frazier crafts tragic, haunting, and sometimes humorous tales about those seeking purpose and justice in a world where power corrupts, cruelty thrives, and finding oneself might cost everything.

His script, ZARS: Zombie Apprehension Relocation Service, was a top three finalist in the Austin Film Festival. Other scripts have placed as semifinalists and quarterfinalists in the ScreenCraft Family Screenplay Competition, Los Angeles International Screenplay Contest, Nashville Film Festival, Emerging Screenwriters, Killer Shorts and more.

A native of Franklin, Mass., G. moved with his parents, three brothers, and three cats as a teenager, traveling in the crowded backseat of the family “truckster” before settling in Nashville, Tenn. Still a diehard Boston sports fan (sorry, not sorry!), G. can relate to the emotional highs and lows of any protagonist’s journey.

As a former newspaper journalist and editor, he has helped hundreds of people tell their stories in times of crisis and times of personal triumph. He has also written more than 100 book reviews for area newspapers and publications such as BookPage, Tennessee Humanities, Killer Nashville, and more.

He is an active member of the Tennessee Screenwriting Association, former board member and former webmaster for the TSA.
