In February 2025, the Tennessee Screenwriting Association launched its Script School program for members of the TSA.
By going through the program, students would write a feature-length screenplay from conception to completion in nine months, using both in-person and digital tools in a classroom setting of instruction and feedback. The program would use a collaborative team concept via lab partners and a classroom message board to encourage peer feedback and accountability.
Instruction modules were delivered via Zoom and were then archived, along with all other course materials and homework assignments in TSA's Member Portal. After a semester of live course instruction, students went off to write on their own and were invited to participate in bi-weekly "Sunday School" interactive sessions to problem-solve with fellow students and instructor Bob Giordano.
Seven Script School students were recognized at the TSA's Script-Com Screenwriting Conference in Nashville for completing the program before the first program deadline of November 3, 2025.
The following "Honor Roll" Script School students received a framed Certificate of Completion signed by TSA president Mark Naccarato and Education Director Bob Giordano:

This year's program is still active and will officially end with a "final exam" on December 8, 2025 in which other students can submit their class project scripts and successfully complete the course. Those students will be recognized at the TSA Annual Meeting on December 13 in Nashville.
