The Tennessee Screenwriting Association is excited to announce a new script contest in partnership with Penumbra Entertainment... the 'Short 'N Shoot' contest!
The winner of this contest could have their script produced and win a cash prize!
The Short ‘N Shoot contest is only open to Members of the TSA (join or renew here); scripts should be a maximum of 10 pages and they should be "highly producible."
If you want to know what “highly producible” means and some tips to move your script to the top of the TSA contest slush pile, you’ll want to check out this video from writer/director Bob Giordano and Chris Hollo from Penumbra Entertainment.
The contest deadline is June 28, 2026 so start working on your script now!
All Contest Rules and the Entry Form are at www.TennScreen.com/Short-n-Shoot.
