Welcome Two New TSA Board Members: Heidi-Marie Ferren & Chris Hollo!

We’re thrilled to announce the addition of two new members to the Tennessee Screenwriting Association’s Board of Directors: Heidi-Marie Ferren and Chris Hollo. Both Heidi and Chris were elected at the April 23 board meeting to fill vacancies.

Heidi-Marie Ferren is a writer, producer, actor, singer, and a former Disney/ABC Fellowship recipient. She was a finalist for the prestigious Josephson Entertainment Fellowship and has created, written, produced, and starred in multiple pilots, series, and films. She also was on staff for the hit Shonda Rhimes ABC series Station 19.

“I am so ecstatic and honored to be a part of the incredible TSA board,” Heidi-Marie said. “I can’t wait to get started and support all of your incredible programming and plans for the year. Thank you so much for welcoming me onto your incredible team!”

Chris Hollo has been a commercial photographer and filmmaker for over 30 years and has worked for clients all over the U.S. His film The Legend of Lake Hollow was shot in middle Tennessee and is currently streaming worldwide. Chris has received numerous awards for photography and filmmaking and he’s taught college- level photography and video production classes in the Nashville area.

“I’m looking forward to learning more about the art of screenwriting and also helping others along their own writing journeys,” Chris said.

In other TSA board news, current Board member Daniel Spear takes over the position of Treasurer after the resignation of Noreen Manvell.

We want to wish congratulations to Daniel in his new role, extend the welcome mat to Chris and Heidi-Marie as they join the Board, and thank Noreen for her service!
