New Board of Directors Elected at TSA’s Annual Meeting & Holiday Party!

On December 13, the Tennessee Screenwriting Association held its Annual Meeting in West Nashville prior to the Holiday Party.
Mark Naccarato submitted his President’s Report by summarizing all of the events and programs TSA held in 2025 as well as the various members who volunteered to make those happen. Then came the Treasurer’s Report, where Daniel Spear and Margaret Hayes reported on TSA’s financial health and then a Membership Report to show TSA’s growth over the past 12 months. Finally, vice-president Bob Giordano, who chaired the Nominating Committee, presented a list of recommendations for the 11 positions available on TSA’s Board of Directors.
In alphabetical order, the following people were nominated and elected to serve in 2026:

Daniel Spear
The new Board of Directors then caucused and chose the following to serve as officers: Mark Naccarato (president); Bob Giordano (vice-president); Ama Adair (secretary); Daniel Spear (treasurer).
Congrats to the newly-elected Board and our thanks to the non-returning Board members who served in 2025: Ramona Wilkes, Carrington Fox, Shannon Howell, Noreen Manvell, Mike Bentley, and Corbin Eaton.
After the Annual Meeting adjourned, festivities for the TSA Holiday Party commenced as several dozen members and their guests ate, drank, and enjoyed pinball and ping pong. President Mark Naccarato made an announcement to acknowledge the additional TSA members who, along with the Honor Roll students honored at Script-Com, successfully completed the Script School program in 2025: Carrington Fox, Matthew Gibson, Renee McNeil, Mark Naccarato, and David Roth.
